Hey everyone. :) Thanks to everyone who came! You made the day just absolutely lovely for both of us. And to those who couldn't come, we missed your presence.

I've changed "dress," in the menu to the right, from "neat casual" to "business casual," since our newly minted term was causing some confusion. What we meant by "neat casual" is that we have few expectations of what you will wear. First and foremost, be comfortable! Suits and dresses are entirely optional. Shirts and khakis are a-okay. Neat jeans are a-okay. Again, be comfortable. :)

For those who haven't sent us a response to the invitation -- you know who you are! -- no worry. Please get it to us as soon as you can, and we promise there will be a seat, plenty of drink, and a meal waiting for you. The deadline of May 15th was arbitrarily decided upon, so we can accept invitations for another couple weeks. So, by all means, if you've been putting it off and feeling guilty about it, it's not too late to send it!

Lastly, for now, I wanted to include a very short note clarifying that the locations of the ceremony and the reception are one and the same. Both will be at the Lake Mohawk Country Club, and you can find directions to the right. If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, leave us a comment, send us an e-mail, or give us a call. We're here to help. :)

As the date draws nearer and nearer, the more excited we get! Planning the wedding has gone quite smoothly thus far, and that's testament to the dedication and care of the Hawxhurst family (Elizabeth foremost). We thank them profusely! Looking forward to seeing you all next month. :)

Who knew planning a wedding would be so hard, huh? ;) Anyway, if you are invited and you have children, they are invited as well even if we didn't put their names on the invite. Also, you can bring one guest with you; but we do ask you to use your discretion. Long-term significant others are welcome. If you're unsure, just drop us a line. That's all for now! Hey guys. Also, a quick word about the registry. We've had some confusion over it, so I just thought I'd try to clarify. :) We in no way expect gifts, but we're registered at Target and at Williams-Sonoma in case you want to get one. You can of course go in person to the store, or you can order on-line. Either way, the gift will be crossed off the register to prevent duplicates. Also, if you order on-line, you can have the option of shipping directly to us in Seattle. We added some registry stuff to the website in the past few days. You can access it over on the menu to the right. If you have any problems with them, just let us know.

We just booked our plane tickets back home! We'll be back in NJ from June 3 - June 14. See you all then. :) Hey! Invitations are mostly out now. :) We're gonna start updating this thing a lot more now that the date is drawing nearer. So keep checking back! Sorry we never got those engagement photos; our schedule never synced up with the photographer's during our Christmas break. Hey everybody! You'll all start receiving your save-the-date magnets soon and hopefully coming to visit our page, so I'd like to say hello.
